*This privacy policy only covers this website.Any other websites which may be linked to by our website are subject to their own policy differ from ours.
*The description on our website are TRUE and made in good faith.

BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS:
*Childrens from 0 to 5 years have 100% DISCOUNT.
*Childrens from 5 to 12 years have 50% DISCOUNT.
*Childrens from 12 to 17 years have 25% DISCOUNT.
*Booking one week(7 Days) you have 10% DISCOUNT.
*The BOOKING DEPOSIT is 10% of the booking cost per person with the BALANCE normally payable in CASH!
*We require a USD-140.00 DEPOSIT on all customers/guests,which will be refunded immediately on inspection of the rented property.If damage has occured,the cost of repair will be deducted from the USD-140.00 deposit and the balance will be refunded on completion of repairs/replacements.We rely on the integrity of our guests to report any accidental damage or loss.
*We supply ONE SET of towels per person,any aditional towels are priced at USD-14.00 per set,to cover laundry costs.
*BED LINEN is provided;any aditional bed linen is priced at USD-42.00 per set,to cover laundry costs.
*For parties of 2 and over,who wish to stay for 2 nights or less,we charge a short stay surcharge to cover costs for the laundry and cleaning.
*We can arrange for transportation(TRANSFER) from the airport/train/bus stations,to the apartments,prices paid directly to the RECEPTION.
*You can pay the BALANCE by CASH-ON-ARRIVAL.
*We reserve the right,in unforeseen circumstances,to offer you an alternative,similar or upgraded accomodation.
*The accomodation provided is for YOUR EXCLUSIVE USE and must NOT BE SUB-LET under any circumstances!
*The duration of your rental let may NOT BE EXTENDED without our prior agreement!
*The holiday home and accompanying ground area are must NOT BE OCCUPIED by more people than the number stated.This number includes children,no matter what their age.
*We do not accept any responsibility for possible mistakes or changes made without our knowledge(Airline Co.,Shipping Co.,Theatre,Opera,Operetta).
*We do not accept responsibility for the breakdown of water,gas,or losses caused to any traveller.
*We expect you to treat the holiday apartment ,your neighbours and surrounding area with respect,is so far as the tenant is responsible for any damage which he/she or any member of his/her party causes.
*Please,leave the holiday home at time(CHECK-OUT:10 am.)in clean and presentable state,please wash up,empty fridge,freezer and dustbin before departure.

WARNING!
*Should you behave in an innapropiate and unacceptable manner,we reserve the right to ANNUL the apartment agreement immediately and without warning!
*In such situation,we have NO OBLIGATION to repay all or part of the rental price!

COMPLAINTS:
*Should the unlikely event of a problem arise,it is imperative that we are notified immediately,so the problem can be passed to our local property MANAGER to investigate,and where reasonably possible,rectify during your stay.
*We cannot investigate any complaints once guests leave unless an official complaint is made to us before departure.
*We will act as an intermediary to try to resolve any complaints.
*We cannot be held responsible for any building work in the vicinity of the apartments.Where possible,we will do our utmost to inform you of any planned building work prior to your stay.
